This month's hemorrhoid award goes to Eric, the Airport Limo Guy. He rides around in style but is far from a class act. For some time now, he has plastered our streets with his trash act. He also has a habit of putting signs in shopping centers. It is illegal to put signs on private property without the owner's permission.
